At the Hotel Gsoihof, you will always enjoy culinary delights. This is not just for our breakfast buffet and our delicious evening meals. As a traditional mountain farm hotel in South Tyrol, we still keep cattle – and the healthy milk of our farm cows flows directly into the cheese production, which we run ourselves. Our cheese production follows traditional procedures, the result of which are highly aromatic, hearty sliced cheeses.

Why not try one of our delicious cheese varieties and convince yourself of the special quality. You can eat cheese from our cheese production at your leisure in South Tyrol or take it home as a flavourful souvenir. The sliced cheeses from our in-house cheese production are not pasteurized and ripened either naturally or with herbs and spices.
